Experience with Kaba locks is preferred. Duties Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities. Perform electrical repairs and installations as needed. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or residents. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Experience Proven experience in hotel maintenance roles, with a focus on preventative maintenance and inspections. Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members. Proficiency in English for clear communication within the workplace.
