We are seeking a dependable, skilled, and motivated Maintenance Floater to support maintenance operations across our properties located throughout West Palm Beach, Broward County, and Miami-Dade County. Position Summary The Maintenance Floater is responsible for assisting multiple properties with general maintenance, service requests, unit turns, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs as needed. This position travels between assigned properties to provide maintenance support and ensure communities are maintained to Company standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner. Perform general maintenance repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry, painting, drywall, and grounds maintenance. Assist with apartment turns and make-ready projects. Conduct preventive maintenance and property inspections. Support maintenance teams at various properties based on operational needs. Troubleshoot maintenance issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Ensure vacant units are prepared for occupancy according to Company standards. Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and repairs. Follow all Company safety policies and procedures. Participate in emergency on-call rotations as assigned. Maintain professional communication with residents, vendors, and team members. Travel between properties throughout West Palm Beach, Broward County, and Miami-Dade County as directed. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related experience preferred. Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general maintenance. Ability to work independently and adapt to different property environments. Strong customer service and communication skills. Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to travel regularly between assigned properties. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance duties.
