Carteret Management Corporation is seeking to fill a Facilities Cleaning & Maintenance Assistant role responsible for the custodial, grounds keeping and light maintenance of a NEW apartment community located in Fort Pierce. This position offers full-time employment at a competitive salary with a strong benefit package including: Over 4 weeks of total

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times. Perform such functions as clearing debris from grounds, cleaning office and common areas. Assist in the preparation of market ready units. Light Maintenance tasks i.e. changing light bulbs, air filters, clear clogs, etc. Perform other general janitorial and basic maintenance duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills. Prior custodial experience preferred. Ability to perform general custodial duties. Ability to handle multiple priorities. Ability to operate machinery, tools and equipment necessary to perform the porter's duties including: hand tools, pressure washer, hand blower, etc. Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups (on-site staff, vendors, residents). Drug-free workplace. EOE.
