Job Description

Mia Salon Suite is the premier salon suite concept, offering luxury salon spaces for independent beauty professionals. We are seeking a dependable, skilled, and self-motivated Maintenance Worker to join our team. This position is responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and overall appearance of our salon suite locations in Jensen Beach and Port Saint Lucie.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM

, Suite 11D Greenacres, FL 33467 Key Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs, including painting, drywall patching, caulking, and minor carpentry. Install and securely mount cabinets, mirrors, shelving, and other fixtures. Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing issues, including sink leaks and sliding doors. Complete routine property maintenance, including touch-up painting, cleaning air vents, replacing ceiling tiles, and ensuring all common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Transport salon equipment and supplies between company locations and storage facilities as needed. Maintain a professional appearance of all company properties by identifying and addressing maintenance issues promptly.
Please Note:
This position does not require HVAC, air conditioning, or electrical work. Qualifications Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Previous handyman or property maintenance experience is required. Proven painting experience. Experience installing cabinets, mirrors, shelving, and similar fixtures. Ability to perform basic plumbing repairs. Must own a reliable pickup truck, van, or SUV capable of transporting salon equipment and supplies. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Professional, courteous, and respectful when interacting with salon tenants and visitors. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
Pay:
$4,000.00 per month
