Job Description
Overview This is a Junior Assistant position, you will assist with our senior maintenance manager as an Airbnb Maintenance and Repair Technician, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our short-term rental properties are safe, functional, and welcoming for every guest. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work across a variety of maintenance tasks, from electrical repairs to plumbing and general home upkeep. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of property condition and safety. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy hands-on problem solving, this role is perfect for you! Duties Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on residential properties to identify and resolve issues promptly. Carry out repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures. Supervise or assist with subcontractors or team members during larger repair projects, ensuring quality standards are met. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, safety checks, and repairs Must have reliable transportation Skills Experience in home maintenance and residential repair work. Strong troubleshooting skills Excellent customer service skills with a friendly approach to guest interactions when needed. Strong communication skills in English for clear reporting and coordination with team members or contractors.
