In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure our facility remains in top condition. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and fixtures. Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management. Assist with the installation of new equipment and fixtures as needed. Maintain inventory of repair supplies and tools, ensuring they are organized and in good condition. Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently. Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with staff and visitors. Qualifications Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role. Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks.
