Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist / Maintenance Assistant to join our team! This versatile role combines front desk responsibilities with basic maintenance duties, ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently. Front Desk / Reception Duties
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Greet clients, families, and visitors upon arrival
  • Assist with client check-in and check-out procedures
  • Monitor the reception area and maintain a welcoming environment
  • Receive and distribute deliveries, mail, and documents
  • Support scheduling coordination and communicate messages to staff
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and company information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
  • Assist administrative staff with basic office tasks and documentation
  • Close the Center Maintenance & Facility Support Duties
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy rooms, common areas, and reception spaces
  • Ensure restrooms, break rooms, and shared spaces remain stocked and clean
  • Assist with light maintenance and organization of clinic equipment and supplies
  • Report facility issues or safety concerns to management promptly
  • Support preparation of rooms and materials for therapy sessions and activities
  • Help maintain a safe, professional, and child-friendly environment This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to contribute their organizational talents while gaining valuable experience in office operations.
