This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in the HVAC field, learn from experienced technicians, and be part of a hardworking, team-oriented company that values quality, professionalism, and customer care. Pay $18.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for overtime, spiffs, and advancement. This is an hourly position. Responsibilities may include:

Assist lead technicians and installers on residential and light commercial jobs Perform basic HVAC maintenance tasks and system cleanings Help with equipment setup, teardown, and jobsite organization Carry tools, materials, and parts to support efficient job completion Maintain clean, safe, and professional jobsites Assist with filter changes, coil cleaning, drain line clearing, and other preventive maintenance duties Help load and unload trucks and keep vehicles stocked and organized Learn proper HVAC service, maintenance, and installation practices Communicate professionally with team members and customers Follow company safety standards, processes, and expectations What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: Customer-oriented Professional and respectful Positive with a can-do attitude Dependable and hardworking Eager to learn and grow in the HVAC industry Team-oriented and coachable Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Requirements HVAC experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50-60 lbs Ability to work in Florida heat, outdoors, and in attics/crawlspaces when needed Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening upon hire Strong work ethic and reliable attendance About The A/C Guy of Tampa Bay The A/C Guy of Tampa Bay was founded by Gregg Bowman in 2009 with a vision to provide fairly priced, high-quality residential and commercial heating, air conditioning, and indoor air quality services throughout the Tampa Bay area.
