Labor Finders has multiple openings for Property Maintenance workers for long-term work on multiple sites in and around Northern Brevard areas. We are in search of candidates with experience working with any of the following skills: performing general repairs and maintenance on buildings and grounds; painting and patching walls, ceilings, and doors; repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems under supervision; handling minor landscaping and lawn care tasks; maintaining and troubleshooting appliances; ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the property; coordinating with vendors for specialized repairs; and performing other maintenance tasks as assigned.
