Position Summary As a Maintenance Professional, you'll play a key role in ensuring the properties we manage are well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, handywork, inspections, and preventive maintenance. Address and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently to ensure resident satisfaction. Collaborate with property managers and vendors to coordinate larger repair projects or specialized services. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety across all property. Document and report maintenance activities to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations. Coordinate with vendors Manage the common easement Required Skills and Qualifications 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members, vendors, and residents.
