2026 Position Summary Performs a wide range of general maintenance, repair, and custodial duties across parking garages, surface lots, and office facilities. Supports operations, safety, and cleanliness while assisting with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural maintenance tasks. This position combines entry-level and intermediate responsibilities and is expected to progressively perform more advanced tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform general repairs to doors, locks, windows, and facility components Repair and replace light fixtures and bulbs (power off) Perform basic plumbing repairs (toilets, sinks, urinals, drains) Maintain and clean garage floors, lots, and common areas Operate equipment such as pressure washers, forklifts, and bucket trucks Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and vehicles Install drywall, tiles, partitions, and signage Remove trash and maintain facility cleanliness Complete daily reports and maintenance logs using digital systems Follow all OSHA safety standards and PPE requirements Respond to emergency maintenance issues as neededQualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalentExperience:
6 months to 1+ year of maintenance experience preferredCertifications:
Technical certifications are a plus Skills and Abilities Ability to use hand and power tools safely Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work outdoors in various conditions Ability to operate vehicles and equipment safely Basic knowledge of OSHA safety standards Working Conditions Exposure to heat, noise, dust, fumes, and outdoor conditions.
