We're looking for a hands-on, dependable, and experienced Maintenance Representative who takes pride in keeping communities safe, beautiful, and running smoothly. If you're a motivated maintenance professional who enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and keeping communities looking their best, we want to hear from you! Pay rate is $23 and up based on experience What you'll do: Perform general maintenance and repairs Light electrical work, lighting replacement & timer adjustments Preventative maintenance inspections & scheduling Pressure washing & aesthetic upkeep Light painting, stucco repair & masonry work Maintain tools, supplies & equipment inventory Conduct HOA property inspections Coordinate with vendors and contractors Assist with clubhouse event setup/takedown Respond to maintenance concerns professionally and efficiently Be available for on-call emergencies when needed

Property Responsibilities Include:

Buildings Sidewalks Parks & common areas Parking lot & walkway lighting Perimeter walls Mechanical equipment systems What We're looking for: High School Diploma or equivalent Previous maintenance experience required HOA/Condo Association experience preferred Strong communication & organizational skills Basic internet and computer proficiency Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Ability to lift at least 30 lbs Must be bilingual Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
