Maintenance Staff Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available Employer will Conduct Background Check and Drug Screen Seeking Maintenance Staff members to help ensure our beach bar and restaurant remain clean, functional, and safe for guests and employees. This role handles routine maintenance, minor repairs, cleaning tasks, and general upkeep of indoor and outdoor areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as tightening fixtures, replacing light bulbs, basic plumbing fixes, and minor equipment repairs. Conduct regular inspections of the building, kitchen equipment, outdoor seating areas, and beach-access zones to identify issues needing attention. Maintain cleanliness of property grounds, including patios, decks, walkways, and beach-front areas. Assist with setup and breakdown of outdoor furniture, umbrellas, signage, and seasonal equipment. Ensure all maintenance activities meet health, safety, and sanitation standards. Respond promptly to maintenance requests during operating hours to minimize disruption to guests. Operate tools and equipment safely and maintain them in good working order.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred; hospitality or beachside environment experience is a plus. Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems helpful. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and humidity. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to lift, move, or carry heavy objects such as furniture, equipment, and supply boxes. Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.
