Job Description
Job Summary A Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the hotel's building, equipment, guest rooms, and facilities to ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant environment for guests and employees. The role includes preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and responding to maintenance requests. As well as drive our hotel shuttle. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities. Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Repair and maintain furniture, fixtures, doors, windows, locks, and appliances. Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning issues. Maintain hotel grounds, parking areas, swimming pools, and exterior facilities. Replace light bulbs, filters, faucets, and other damaged components. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and fire regulations. Keep maintenance records and complete work orders accurately. Monitor inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts. Assist with renovation and improvement projects as needed.
