Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing repairs, and basic electrical work. Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain a safe, clean, and attractive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Conduct preventative maintenance inspections throughout the facility. Assist with room preparation and facility projects. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and facility policies. Support emergency and after-hours maintenance needs as required.
Qualifications Previous maintenance experience preferred. Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or skilled nursing facilities is a plus. Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry. Ability to lift, push, and move equipment and supplies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
