Role:
As a Facilities Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to maintain the integrity and efficiency of our facility. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and performing minor repairs. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting any maintenance issues that require attention.Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the facility Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed Monitor and report any maintenance issues that require attention Assist in the execution of preventive maintenance programs Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to ensure the efficient operation of the facility Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairsRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous maintenance experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple prioritiesWhat We Offer:
