Porter/Maintenance Worker

Porter / Janitorial Associate - Help Keep Our Community Sparkling Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated by creating clean, welcoming spaces? What You'll Do You'll help maintain a well-managed residential community by keeping all interior and exterior areas clean, safe, and organized.

Responsibilities include:

Cleaning offices, restrooms, hallways, elevators, lobbies, lounges, and other shared spaces Mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors Washing windows, walls, and glass; removing trash; pressure washing; gum and graffiti removal Cleaning carpets, rugs, upholstery, and draperies Dusting surfaces and replacing light bulbs Performing light repairs, painting, basic carpentry, and restocking restroom supplies Assisting with landscaping, snow removal, and event setup (tables, chairs, etc.) Transporting small tools and equipment between departments What We're Looking For Prior experience in janitorial, painting, groundskeeping, or experience in commercial or multi-unit residential cleaning Strong dependability, teamwork, integrity, and adherence to safety procedures Ability to read, write, and understand basic English Someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, orderly environment Compensation $18/hr Plus excellent incentives , including: Full benefits package Generous paid time off 401(k) with company match Career growth and advancement opportunities Referral bonus program Substantial on-site rental discount
