Job Description

General Maintenance Job Overview We are seeking a skilled General Maintenance worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of various residential & commercial properties. This position offers a great opportunity for someone with a diverse skill set in maintenance to contribute to our team in the upkeep of our facilities.   • Perform general maintenance tasks on residential / commercial buildings
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify issues
  • Receive and communicate completed work order requests timely & efficiently
  • Handle repairing of appliances, plumbing, electrical, & HVAC, including some carpentry, pest control, and cleaning/clearing items as needed
  • Work under direct supervision of owner and management
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents or businesses
  • Demonstrate leadership skills when overseeing maintenance projects Qualifications
  • Proficient in English for effective communication
  • Possess mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
