Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other electrical testing devices to diagnose problems accurately. Lead or assist with maintenance painting projects and carpentry work to maintain the facility's appearance and structural integrity. Collaborate with team members to execute maintenance, repair, and operations activities efficiently and safely. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management, providing excellent customer service by addressing concerns professionally. Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, schematics updates, and maintenance logs for accountability and future reference. Requirements Must have own tools. Must be able to pass a background check. Must have reliable transportation. Proficiency in using hand tools, electrical testing devices such as ohmmeters, welding equipment, and plumbing tools. Ability to perform residential painting as well as general carpentry tasks with precision. Excellent communication skills in English for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders or scaffolding, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. Knowledge of safety standards related to facilities maintenance including proper handling of electrical equipment and hazardous materials. Must maintain personal liability insurance with a minimum coverage limit of $100,000 . Must provide proof of insurance upon hire and maintain coverage throughout employment.
