Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
All tennis facilities on property Drag needles off clay courts first; rake needles and leaves off court into bag for trash Water courts each day based on weather/temperature Roll courts Clean lines Clean tapes on net weekly Help prepare for events and functions at all tennis facilities Empty trash off court Pickup left/lost items and place in appropriate storage Clean the chairs and benches Check timer for watering Clean out garage often Report any mechanical, structure issues with all facilities to the tennis department to the Director of Tennis or Supervisor in a timely manner Following grooming schedule procedure according to the season and per Director of Tennis or Supervisor In slow times, during events or when short staffed being available to help at the pickleball courts and basketball courts.
TENNIS CART ROLLER
Check tires Check water levels per schedule Keep brushes up, after use brush the brushes & roller clean; sweep up area after Keep roller in good working condition; clean as needed
LEAF BLOWER
Keep it in good operating condition Clean often Use ear plugs when operating Use proper gas/oil mix; keep container filled
LITTER:
Blow, Broom and dustpan walks, parking lot as needed Keep trash covers and holders clean Remove trash from cans as needed
MISCELLANEOUS
Pressure washing of walks as needed Pressure wash hard courts as needed Hang and clean windscreens as needed Clean chairs/benches Clean water fountains/coolers Clean shade structures Use firepower on ant hills
Qualification/Requirements/Experience/Education:
Must have current valid driver's license. Knowledgeable with tools used around plumbing, carpentry. Knows how to swim and how to be safe around water. High school or job related experience preferred. Good communication skills to offer directions to guests. Must be able to lift up to 80lbs. Must be able to have a flexible schedule.
