Maintenance Assistant Summary:
- As a Maintenance Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our facility's appearance and functionality. From routine tasks to skilled repairs, your contributions will directly impact the comfort and well-being of our residents and staff.
Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities:
- Your role encompasses a range of essential tasks, including: Keeping the building and grounds clean, safe, and orderly Maintaining and repairing basic functions of the center Taking responsible care of tools and equipment Conducting minor repairs on various elements within the facility Handling equipment maintenance such as HVAC filters and emergency systems Being available on-call for assigned 24-hour periods Ensuring our customers and families experience exceptional service in a compassionate atmosphere •

- Requirements for
Maintenance Assistant :
- We're looking for individuals who bring enthusiasm and the following qualifications: Previous experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) is preferred, but not required High School Diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing, and carpentry A strong willingness to learn and contribute to our team
- Schedule
- Tuesday-Saturday 1:30 PM-9:30 PM
