The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and be adept at troubleshooting and repairing various systems. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining the functionality and safety of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently. Maintain grass, shrubbery, Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility equipment. Fabricate components as needed to support maintenance tasks and ensure operational efficiency. Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Supervise and lead maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and recommend preventive measures. Assist in residential painting projects as needed to maintain the aesthetic quality of the facilities. Skills Proficient in electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques. Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures. Ability to read and understand schematics related to various systems. Experience with logic controllers is a plus. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to work on your own. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
