Office Manager Rincon, GA 31326 $23.76 - $28.62 an hour - Full-time $23.76 - $28.62 an hour - Full-time Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy office environment. This vital role ensures smooth administrative workflows, exceptional customer service, and efficient management of office resources. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong multitasking abilities to support our team and maintain an inviting, productive workspace. Your leadership will help foster a positive office culture while streamlining administrative processes to enhance overall efficiency. Duties Oversee front desk operations, greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Maintain office supplies inventory, order necessary materials, and ensure all equipment functions properly Manage calendar scheduling, appointments, meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings Handle data entry, filing, document proofreading, and ensure accuracy in all administrative records Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software for invoicing and expense tracking Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email and assisting clients or visitors as needed Assist with general clerical duties such as typing correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining office cleanliness Coordinate with external vendors or service providers to ensure smooth operations and timely repairs or deliveries Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and front desk procedures Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and staff Experience with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and data entry tasks Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities efficiently Strong computer literacy including familiarity with clerical software, email platforms, and basic troubleshooting skills Previous experience in customer service or medical/dental receptionist roles is advantageous Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience preferred but not required Join us to lead a vibrant office environment where your organizational talents will make a real difference!
