Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks .
  • Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems
  • Weld and fabricate parts as needed for repairs or modifications
  • Conduct facilities maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
  • Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document maintenance activities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and addressing concerns
  • Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks
Skills:
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to understand schematics
  • Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques
  • Experience in facilities maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Leadership skills to oversee maintenance projects and coordinate with other team members
  • Fluency in English for effective communication and documentation purposes
