Full Job Description Maintenance Worker Full-Time Work Schedule:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 2:00 - 10:00 p.m.
Days off:
Wednesday & Thursday Must be flexible to work overtime as needed to cover sick leave or vacation.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. This position is responsible for performing routine basic general maintenance clanning, and assisting with building upkeep to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for residents, guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic maintenance tasks and general repairs. Inspect and troubleshoot building systems to identify issues and complete necessary repairs under the leadership of the maintenance supervisor. Provide customer service to assist residents or guest Assess the property and report any building issues to building management. Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and equipment. Work collaboratively with the building management team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, pool and general building repairs. Ability to use hand / power tools / cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Must be reliable, self-motivated, customer service oriented. Must be able to work with others and independently. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Must pass a pre-screening drug & background check
