Job Description:

Assist with carpentry, drywall repair, tiling, and masonry Handle basic electrical work, light replacement, painting, and preventative maintenance checks Service and repair plumbing as needed Pressure wash areas and assist with groundskeeping Operate and service a trash compactor and BBQ grill equipment Work independently and be a team player

Position Requirements:
