Overview:
Join our team as a Maintenance Staff member, where your expertise will keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Job Description and Requirements:
Performs general property and facilities maintenance duties under supervision of the Site Manager and Board of Directors. Minor repair of common area elements to include buildings, structures, storage and utility rooms, walkways, common area lighting and more. Daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas, walkways, parking areas, dumpster areas, tennis courts, restrooms, swimming pool areas and more. Fulfilling regular unit maintenance requests from owners, guests and management, maintaining a pleasant and positive can-do attitude towards same. Maintain property owned tools and materials in good working order and in organized fashion. Requirements Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry, lighting and electrical repairs. We are seeking a SELF STARTER, someone who is detail oriented, neat and organized and demonstrates initiative, professionalism, integrity and a good work ethic. This is a full-time position, available immediately, for an individual dedicated to making our property, their property. Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear instructions and documentation. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
