Landscaping Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks for a 25 building condo association such as painting, electrical repairs, plumbing, masonry, and mechanical work
  • Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate leadership skills when coordinating maintenance projects
  • Fabricate or repair building components as needed
  • Report Directly to the Resident Manager
  • Be willing to perform landscaping duties when necessary
Skills:
  • Light carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical knowledge is useful
  • Experience in residential painting for touch-ups and renovations
  • Skills to fabricate or repair building structures as required
  • Experience with hand and power tools This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your maintenance skills will be valued.
