The Position:
We're l o oking for a passionate Maintenance/Facilities Associate who strives to provide operational excellence and genuine care in a team environment. Maintain facility and grounds in accordance with applicable federal/state regulations. Performs and/or coordinates maintenance on items including, but not limited to wheelchairs, beds, windows, air conditioning units, alarms. Responds to maintenance request within allotted time frame. Prioritizes work that involves safety or infection control hazard.
Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent. Building maintenance experience.
