Join our team of innovators revolutionizing agriculture. The Opportunity We are seeking a hard-working individual to join our team for the summer months. In this temporary position, you will assist with the general maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of Ag Leader facilities, while supporting our Maintenance team with various tasks. Willing, Ready, Doing Courage to do what is Right Excellence Approachable The Right Person Will Enjoy hands-on work Have a strong work ethic Be able to adjust to evolving tasks Responsibilities Mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawns around properties on a regular basis. Operate groundskeeping equipment such as lawn mowers, leaf blowers, etc. Perform regular cleaning duties in various areas of the facilities. Assist with inside and outside maintenance projects as needed. Take on miscellaneous tasks and projects assigned. Occasional use of vehicles to pick up supplies and to transport materials to and from work sites while assisting on project work. Adhere to safety procedures for personal protective equipment and processes. Qualifications/Skills Be at least 18 years old (summer students must be at least 16 years old) High School Diploma or equivalent. Be dedicated to bringing your best every day. Basic understanding of landscaping tools and techniques. Willingness to learn and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. A valid driver's license, which may be required for operating company vehicles.
