Summer Maintenance Helper

REPORTS TO

Maintenance Manager Looking for a motivated candidate who is available during the summer months. Ideal candidate would be available during the day for up to eight hours a day with the ability to work in the heat.

POSITION SUMMARY

Assist facilities Mechanics with repairs and preventive maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean windows, lawn/landscape care, minor carpentry duties, assist with plumbing duties, ability to climb and work of ladders, replace ceiling title and other duties as assigned. Maintenance Helper- Temporary
