The Maintenance Associate will respond to requests and concerns and identify unsafe and hazardous conditions. Duties and Responsibilities- Inspect all properties on a daily basis to ensure building operations are performing according to the Club's standards and procedures
- Performs all regular and preventive maintenance throughout the facility
- Collaborate with Facilities Manager on a daily basis
- HVAC experience
- Other duties as required
- Knowledge of the general construction trades, mechanical repair and maintenance.
