Come be part of the best! Awesome things are happening at Azria Health Park Place! Hours Monday-Friday 9a-5pm or 7a-3p with on call every other week.
Maintenance Assistant Requirements:
Must be experienced with floor machines, a keen eye for details, and be knowledgeable of safety. Maintain a high level of work performance & safety in all areas. Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times. Must be able to work as a team member and have a love for the residents. Solid work ethic, with quality customer service, and others in mind. Must be reliable & keep to schedule & must be willing to learn. Must have reliable transportation. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Report any unsafe or unusual conditions to Maintenance Director. Report directly to Maintenance Director with strong leadership skills. All other job related duties as assigned by Housekeeping Supervisor & Maintenance Director. We are an equal opportunity employer.
