Job Description

Regular Full Time Non-Exempt/Hourly Reports to: Lead Maintenance Technician Essential Duties and Responsibilities (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned)
Eligibility/Selection/Enrollment/Attendance:
Perform basic duties including: Assist with preparation of Maintenance and Improvement Plans Assist with preventative maintenance schedules Help prepare plans for short term projects Manage applicable projects as assigned Coordinate and perform semi-skilled and skilled repair and remodeling duties, including but not limited to carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, cabinetry, concrete, and related building trades' tasks Coordinate and perform scheduled maintenance, repair, and installation work on electrical, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing systems Coordinate and conduct preventative maintenance and repairs Perform painting Maintain grounds, including sidewalks, parking lots, common areas, lawns and flowerbeds, shrubbery, trash pickup to ensure maximum curb appeal Set up community space as needed for (meetings, trainings, etc..) Perform snow removal duties, including sanding and salting walkways Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment Maintain standards of confidentiality of CC Idaho clients and records Perform all work duties and activities in accordance with CC Idaho policies, procedures, and safety practices Qualifications Required High school diploma or general education degree (GED) One-year related experience in maintenance Current driver's license and proof of auto insurance Ability to pass a background search Preferred One or more years with related experience Ability to read, speak, and write in both English/Spanish in a business setting Required Physical Demands Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl; to reach with hands and arms; to climb or balance; and smell Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Work Environment Work Environment Work inside and outside; may be exposed to electrical shock and fumes or airborne particles; the work may be stressful; the noise level is moderate to elevated
