The ideal candidate will have some previous experience in all aspects of asphalt maintenance, paving, striping, sealcoating, heavy equipment operation, and various construction site tasks. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on asphalt parking lots, roads, and equipment. Operate heavy machinery including skid steer, screed on paver. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members on job site tasks to ensure project timelines are met. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments. Requirements Proven experience in asphalt maintenance, sealcoating or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as skid steer, loading and towing trailers. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as needed.
