Position Responsibilities As an Assistant Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining the community and responding to maintenance needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Completing resident service requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Performing general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the property
• Troubleshooting and repairing basic plumbing issues
• Diagnosing and resolving electrical maintenance concerns
• Performing appliance diagnostics and repairs
• Completing carpentry work, drywall repairs, painting, and general property upkeep
• Assisting with apartment unit turns and make-ready preparations
• Ensuring vacant units are move-in ready and meet company quality standards
• Supporting the maintenance team with preventive maintenance projects and property improvements
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess: Previous apartment maintenance experience (required)
• Strong working knowledge of general maintenance functions
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, and carpentry
• Ability to diagnose maintenance issues and perform repairs efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to and from the property
• Personal maintenance tools required
