We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our team at West Suburban Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Bloomingdale, Illinois. Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance needs Respond to resident and staff requests for maintenance and repairs in a timely and efficient manner Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations Perform other related duties as assigned
