This role offers a fantastic opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for assisting our Maintenance Supervisor with maintaining and repairing equipment, ensuring safety standards are met, and supporting the overall upkeep of our facilities. Responsibilities Direct Assistance:

Furnish tools, materials, and supplies to senior technicians, and hold materials in place during repairs.

General Maintenance:

Complete basic property upkeep like changing light bulbs, plunging toilets, fixing leaking faucets, and patching drywall.

Pool Care:

Skim debris, vacuum pool floors, and assist Maintenance Supervisor with backwash filtration systems daily.

HVAC Support:

Assist technicians with installing, servicing, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.

Routine Cleaning & Upkeep:

Perform tasks including sweeping, mopping, taking out the trash, and setting up rooms for events.

Site Preparation:

Set up job sites, clear debris, and load/unload equipment from work vehicles.

Exterior Duties:

Assist with groundskeeping, lawn mowing, weed whacking, and seasonal snow/ice removal if needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal guest requests promptly and professionally.

Pay:

$15.00 per hour
