Canidate will work along side our head maintenance director at both equestrian centers, Double J Riding Club and Johnson Equestrian Center. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in various aspects of farm operations. This role requires hands-on experience with equipment maintenance, facilities upkeep, and landscaping. The Farm Maintenance Worker will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of farm activities while contributing to a positive work environment. Duties Maintain grounds and landscaping needs Operate farm machinery and equipment including tractor, flat bed trailer, lawn mower, bobcat Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues and implement solutions effectively. Moving of manure, hay, grain and stone Oversee facilities maintenance, ensuring all areas are safe, clean, and operational. Engage in general maintenance tasks, including painting, fixing fencing, etc Be able to work along side our head maintenance director Assisting head maintenance director with larger facility projects Deliver exceptional customer service when interacting with clients or visitors on the farm. Skills Proficiency in English or Spanish for effective communication within the team. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in supervising teams or projects. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Be able to preform heavy lifting Be able to work outdoors in a quick pace environment
