Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing apartments for new residents, including painting, touch-ups, and minor repairs Assisting with general maintenance and handyman projects throughout the community Helping with basic repairs and preventative maintenance Responding to maintenance needs in resident apartments and common areas Keeping tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies organized and ready for use Supporting the Maintenance Director with projects and day-to-day community needs Helping maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept environment You'll Be Great on
This Team If You:
Have a high school diploma or equivalent Have general maintenance, handyman, painting, or repair experience — preferred, but not required Are dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently Enjoy problem-solving and working on a variety of projects Take pride in providing excellent service and creating a great environment for residents Are available to work a full-time Tuesday-Saturday schedule Our people and our residents are at the center of our universe.
