for this position. We also require a background check. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of equipment and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, including mechanical knowledge, electrical experience, plumbing knowledge, drywall/carpentry, and pool maintenance. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within the facility. Execute electrical work including wiring, circuit testing, and troubleshooting. Maintain facilities through general upkeep, including residential painting and minor construction tasks.. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with staff and vendors regarding maintenance needs. Lead by example in safety practices, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. Daily pool upkeep and checking/adjusting chlorine levels Skills Proficient in mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance. Strong electrical experience, capable of performing installations and repairs safely. Experience in residential painting techniques for facility aesthetics. Strong customer service skills to interact positively with staff and external partners. Leadership qualities that promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
