Asphalt Terminal Worker. $21.00/hour (Resume required) Schedule Monday through Friday This position works with and around heated petroleum products and is responsible for all operating aspects of a petroleum products terminal. This position is critical in playing a prominent role in enhancing life's possibilities by blending, distributing and delivering quality products in a safe, environmentally sound and efficient manner. The position may require either a 4- or 5-day workweek. Call-outs and overtime are required, which would include after business hours and on weekends and holidays. This position will be provided with continuous training to develop job-related skills. A successful person in this position will be collaborative, reliable, motivated, and prioritize safety. Loading trucks. Troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of facility equipment. Sampling of heated petroleum products. Gauging storage tanks require walking up then down 40 to 60 steps. Working outdoors. Connecting and unloading railcars, climbing on top and underneath them. Preparing terminal reports.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Basic math skills. Ability to document and maintain accurate records. Ability to learn mechanical systems. Lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance. Candidates must have a valid driver's license. Proper Protective Equipment You must have steel toed leather boots. A helmet, gloves, and safety goggles will be provided.
Pay:
$21.00 per hour
