- Plumbing repairs including leaks, drains, toilets, fixture replacements
- Electrical maintenance including switches, plugs, lights, fans, ect
- General building repairs . Plaster and paint
- Completing assigned work orders Qualifications
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, electrical repair tools, shop tools.
- Skilled in plaster and painting.
- Carpentry skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; capable of documenting work accurately and following safety guidelines diligently.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Background check required.
