Facilities Care Team Member Our Facilities Care Team helps create a welcoming environment at Pathway by maintaining clean, safe, and inviting spaces for everyone who walks through our doors.

Full-time position

• 35 hours/week
• (Monday-Friday 7:30am-2:30pm)
• Flexibility required for weekend hours if necessary

Non-Exempt Summary:

The position of Facilities Care Team Member plays an important role in the daily operations of our ministry. This position works in conjunction with the facilities team to maintain a clean and orderly space for PCC's visitors and attendees. The incumbent will seek to use their personal gifts and skills to contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the church.

This individual must love God and people and have a vital, growing relationship with Jesus Christ. They are expected to actively attend or be open to attending Pathway Community Church and consider it their church home. The individual must possess strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They must be flexible and adaptable with scheduling, as unexpected situations may arise. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and able to maintain strict confidentiality regarding church operations, members, and guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Tasks are outlined by detailed work guidelines, policy, or supervision. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by the supervisor. Follows and completes routine cleaning and tasks assigned by supervisor Ensures that rooms are clean and ready for daily events and weekend services Assist with setup and/or tear down to support various events Must be physically able to lift and move tables and chairs Remain familiar with and be able to effectively implement Pathway Community Church's emergency response protocols in various situations Flexibility to assist with monitoring the building during evening scheduled events and weekend services

Experience:
