The Maintenance Assistant assists the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community's physical plant and grounds ensuring a safe, attractive and enjoyable living environment for our residents, staff and the public.

Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence Prior maintenance experience preferred. Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling helpful. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Benefits and perks include:
