As a Building Maintenance Helper, you will be part of the maintenance team supporting various operational needs. $15 per hour What's the Job? Grounds keeping and landscaping to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property. Building maintenance tasks including minor repairs and upkeep of facilities. Painting and touch-up work to ensure a clean and professional appearance. Trash removal and cleaning to uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards. Moving furniture and assisting with setup for events or office needs. What's Needed? Experience with painting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members. Physical stamina to perform various maintenance tasks. Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
