Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Manage facilities maintenance requests efficiently Assist with painting projects to enhance the appearance of our facilities. Inspect mechanical systems, electrical wiring, and schematics to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions. Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures during all maintenance activities. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance, manufacturing environments, or related fields. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience. Ability to operate tools such as ohmmeters, basic hand and electric tools. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork. PTAC and heating and air experience prefered Customer service mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
