This flexible , as-needed, position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of maintenance tasks and takes pride in keeping buildings and grounds safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities include:
Performing general building repairs and routine maintenance Assisting with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting projects Maintaining church and school grounds, including seasonal outdoor work Setting up and taking down tables, chairs, and equipment for parish and school events Identifying maintenance needs and helping ensure a safe environment for parishioners, students, staff, and visitors Other maintenance duties as assigned
Qualifications:
General maintenance and repair experience preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work indoors and outdoors Dependable and trustworthy Willingness to support the mission and values of a Catholic parish and school
