As a Facilities Worker Team Lead , you'll help keep campus spaces clean, safe, and operating smoothly—all while mentoring and supporting a dedicated team. This is an active, on-your-feet role where your work makes a visible and meaningful impact every day. What You'll Do In this role, you will: Lead and support a team of facilities staff, providing guidance, coaching, and training Assist with daily custodial and maintenance responsibilities as needed Ensure buildings and grounds remain clean, safe, and well-maintained Provide leadership and decision-making support in the absence of the facilities manager Oversee custodial and facilities operations during assigned shifts Set up rooms and spaces for campus events and activities Respond to maintenance and operations requests and troubleshoot issues Assist with grounds work, including snow and ice removal Operate equipment such as cleaning tools, forklifts, and lawn equipment You'll serve as a key resource to your team and help ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently.
