Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Baghouse Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of industrial air filtration systems. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting baghouses—critical equipment that controls dust and particulate emissions in manufacturing facilities. Your expertise will help sustain a safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant operation. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on baghouse systems to ensure continuous operation. Lead or assist in supervising maintenance activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed during all tasks. Support facilities maintenance tasks including residential painting or general upkeep when needed to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to minimize downtime and optimize system performance while delivering excellent customer service internally. Requirements Some mechanical knowledge preffered. Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices including safety procedures related to industrial environments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly across teams.
